Induction of CM as Honorary Lion, Signing of MOU with NKF & Installation of 45th President & its BOD for 2008-2009

Please make yourself available for this important date as you are all welcome to witness an important milestone events:-

1) Induction of Chief Minister of Penang YAB Tuan Lim Guan Eng as Honorary Lion of our Club

2) Witness the signing of Memorandum of Understanding between our club and National Kidney Foundation (NKF) for the setting up & operation of Lion Kidney Dialysis centre, and

3) Installation of 45th President Lion Ong Hong Sing and its Board of Directors for fiscal year 2008-2009.

The date and venue are as follows:-

Date : 26th July 2008 (Sat)

Time : 6.00pm

Venue : Level 3, Cititel Hotel

Attire : Club Jacket/ Formal

Cost : Member at RM45 per pax (Spouse/guest at RM65 per pax)

Please be punctual to arrive at 6.00PM as the program have been shifted early to accomodate the timing of arrival of CM which is expected to leave early for another function. So members and guest, please be at the Hotel at 6.00pm sharp and show our strongest support for our club.

Please be informed that the 1st Business Meeting will be held at the following date & venue:-

Venue : 1st Floor, BB Phamacy, 69 Lintang Sg Pinang (Opp. Sri Wonder Shopping Complex, Perak Lane)
Attire : Casual
Food : Hawker food will be provided from 8.00pm onward.

Golftathon meeting will commenced immediately after the Business Meeting.

DG Inauguration & Joint Installation

Dear members,

DG Inauguration & Joint Installation will be held at the following date & venue:-

Date : 12 July 2008 (Sat)
Time : 1.30pm - 4.30pm
Venue : Dewan Budaya, USM
Attire : Club Jacket (Formal)
Cost : RM50 per pax (Light tea will be served after the function)

For member information, our club will not join in the Joint BOD Installation as we will be organising our own Installation on 26th July 2008 at Cititel Hotel at 6.00pm.
